This study aims to integrate the Balanced Scorecard and Risk Management at Shofa Pharmacy its one branch. The risk assessment is based on ISO 31000 framework model a financial perspective, customer an internal business perspective learning growth perspective. results of identification show that risks, faced by Pharmacy, are risk, operational technology ethics health safety economic legal political market project risk. Based analysis, highest with group in information protection, fall demand group, inflation evaluation then management carried out reduce level.
